Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is that at this time the reality is that many children who forget the Qur'an even prefer to play gedget, games and watch TV. Therefore, Sd Islam Imam Bukhori held a program tahfiz Al-Qur'an. But the implementation is still a variety of problems. Thus the existing problems need to be given a solution and evaluated to find out whether the qur'an tahfiz program needs to be continued, revised or stopped. This study aims: (1) Knowing the basis of the implementation of tahfiz Al-Qur'an program, (2) Knowing the implementation of tahfiz al-Qur'an program, (3) Evaluating tahfiz Al-Qur'an program using Countenance Stake model. This type of research is descriptive evaluative, with evaluative approach and evaluation of Countenance Stake. Data collection is done through observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis is done through data reduction process, data presentation and conclusion/verification and recommendations. Data validation uses source and method triangulation. This research is based on antencendent (Input), transaction (Process) and outcomes (Results) of program implementation. This research resulted in three conclusions, namely, (1) The basis of the implementation of the Qur'an tahfiz program is carried out on the philosophical and sociological basis that is the basis of the Qur'an, hadith and community needs, (2) The implementation of the Tahfiz Al-Qur'an program consists of program planning, program implementation, and evaluation of tahfiz Al-Qur'an program (3) Evaluation of Tahfiz Al-Qur'an Program contenance Stake model consisting of: (a) antecendent components (Input) on this evaluation includes planning tahfiz al-Qur'an program 'an at SD Islam Imam Bukhori includes, analysis of needs, formulation of objectives and vision of mission and setting goals, qualifications of guidance teachers tahfiz Al-Qur'an at SD Islam Imam Bukhori has not fully met the requirements set by the school. The facilities and facilities provided by the school have not been fully met and the budget is still fully budgeted from the foundation and SPP students. (b) Evaluation of aspects of implementation (transaction) Actualization of the implementation of tahfiz Al-Qur'an learning at Imam Bukhori Islamic Elementary School in accordance with the standards of the permendiknas process No. 41 of 2007 Stages of learning tahfiz Al-Qur'an in accordance with the theory of Etkitson enconding (inserting information into memory) storage (storage), and retrival (re-disclosure), the ability of guidance teachers tahfiz Al-Qur'an is in accordance with the regulations set by the school. The ability of students in memorizing the Qur'an is in accordance with the school's requirements. (c) Evaluation of aspects of results and outcomes resulting from the achievements of learners is in accordance with the predetermined KKM target with an average value above 70. The impact of the implementation is that the learners are more able to appreciate the time, the learners are more in love with the Qur'an and more active to memorize the Qur'an.
