Abstract

This research was motivated by changes in the management of the activities of the Jam'iyyah Taḥfῖẓ Alquran in Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah Jakarta. This change in procedure was made because of the current worsening conditions caused by the Covid-19 virus outbreak. Researchers conducted indepth research on how the management of the Santri Care Bureau, in managing the implementation of the Jam'iyyah Taḥfῖẓ Alquran program during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research method is qualitative research. Extracting data sources through interviews, observation and documentation. The conclusion of this research is that the management of the Santri Care Bureau before the Pandemic is: Determining some materials for basic exams for Darunnajah students who want to take part in the Taḥfῖẓ Alquran program, Facilitating Jam'iyyah Taḥfῖẓ Alquran with a special room for the Jam'iyyah needs, Monitoring every time The 'iyyah Taḥfῖẓ Alquran, who is supervised by the Jam'iyyah Taḥfῖẓ Alquran Supervisor, checks the reports from the Jam'iyyah Taḥfῖẓ Alquran Advisors related to routine activities and achievements and violations of the Jam'iyyah Taḥfῖẓ Alquran students. The management of the Santri Care Bureau during the Pandemic period were: The Santri Care Bureau required every Jam'iyyah Taḥfῖẓ Alquran santri to create a personal YouTube channel, Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School Jakarta created a separate WhatsApp group for each activity, including a special WhatsApp group for Jam'iyyah Taḥfῖẓ Alquran students , Every Jam'iyyah Taḥfῖẓ Alquran santri is required to post the memorization to their respective YouTube channels. The researchers found supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by the Santri Care Bureau in regulating the implementation of the Jam'iyyah Taḥfῖẓ Alquran program during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The supporting factors include: current technological advances, as well as human resources or related educators who are still maximally educating the students, especially the Jam'iyyah Taḥfῖẓ Al-Quran santri at the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School, Jakarta.
