Abstract

Dreamhouse serves to replace the role of parents in parenting. This is the starting point for neglected children to form their identity. Dreamhouse can also be said as a place for the survival and growth of neglected children, even though they do not have parents but can still get care through Dreamhouse, in terms of mentoring there are many values that are applied, one of which is spiritual values. This research is a qualitative method, the results show that there are 4 spiritual values that are applied in the Dreamhouse, namely First, the value of acceptance, the Dreamhouse is open to anyone who feels they need help and assistance and is open to anyone who volunteers there and the Dreamhouse facilitates The assisted children in achieving their spiritual needs spiritual methods are carried out through exploring meanings and values that help the assisted children find alternatives to get out of the crisis according to their spiritual beliefs. Second, the value of the individual, in the world of social welfare, especially social welfare science, it is stated that the role of social workers or other helpers must give full trust to clients who will be handled but social workers cannot force them to make decisions to choose beliefs, so here the individual's value towards Faith must be held. Third, the value of self-determination, namely decision making by adolescents is an important part in overcoming aggressive behavior. This decision-making is reflected in self-determination, because self-determination is more on one's ability to choose and determine the actions to be achieved. Fourth, the value of compassion, because the companions have different religious backgrounds, love in this dream house has meaning in studying children and their families, they must position themselves as friends, the position of friends and friends, which means love, One of the parenting patterns applied at Dreamhouse is to use a family approach, namely by replacing the role and position of parents which is applied according to the conditions of the assisted children, using democratic parenting, children are free to choose their religion and are accompanied by spiritual companions according to their respective religions. with the existing schedule, parenting activities include physical, intellectual, moral, spiritual, mental skills and social activities, picket cooks also take turns every day carrying out joint prayers in accordance with the teachings of their respective religions, Islam and Christianity.
