Abstract

The background of this research was started from a decline in morals and cultural attitudes that resulted in the loss of community and the loss of the great value that has been taught by the ancestors of this nation. Reduced numbers of characters (character) can be seen by the many cases of teenage acquaintance, fights, drug use. It also does not preserve the culture or the tradition of his own area. For that we need value investment of religious education to bequeath to the next generation. This is important because by preserving the local culture that has wisdom, could serve as norms by the community for the creation of a conducive society. This study uses qualitative research, by taking a background in Kauman. His research subject is Gusjigang actors, community leaders (ulama'), YM3SK officer, and reference books. The collection of data by conducting observation, interviews and documentation. Examination of the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Further data analysis is done by selecting and compiling the data already obtained, then processed and analyzed so that it can be deduced. The results showed that: (1) educational values of Islam contained in Gusjigang namely: (a) the value of philosophical, about the value of honesty and fair (b) the value of the character that is the value of good behavior in daily life (c) scientific value corresponding to a diligent menutut science (d) the value of spiritual value in the practice of worship (e) the value of the work is demanding value for creative, resilient, effective and efficient (f). economic value / property value in the trade to achieve fortune (2) Implications Gusjigang on people's lives in Kauman namely a positive impact on our daily lives. The implication is that in (a) Bagus: people apply manners, akhlakul karimah, ukhwuah islamiyah keeping each other and socialize in activities in the community. (B) Ngaji: print a knowledgeable society, and being able to practice it in our daily lives. (C) Dagang: Society diligent and persevering in the trade, including trade and worship run a balanced way, using the proceeds from trading for worship andcreating an independent society without dependence on others.
