Abstract

This research focus on the adjustments made by TKI who work during the Covid-19 period, especially in Taiwan. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with interview and observation data collection techniques. The analytical method used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The informants used in this study were two people with a virtual research setting. The results of this study indicate that the two informants were able to adjust to the difficulties that arose during the Covid-19 pandemic. The two informants faced problems with intelligence and good emotional control. The two informants did not carry out psychological mechanisms when they failed. The all informants tend not to have a negative response when they were experiencing frustration. Both informants have rational considerations and direct themselves in carrying out behavior in accordance with applicable norms. They were able to continue learning to solve problems. The first informant was able to learn from past failures, while the second informant tended to make repeated mistakes. They tend to be fact oriented, and had the ability to accept the reality experienced without conflict and see it realistically.
