Abstract

This study aims to influence know wages, age, education level and work environment on labor productivity in Weeka Wedang Uwuh. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the OLS (ordinary least-squere) method, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling in which the sample data is the same as the population data. The data used in this research is primary data with 32 respondents. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is influence between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Partially, there is an influence between the work environment on wages in UMKM Weeka. Wages partially have no effect on labor productivity on labor productivity in Weeka. Age partially has no effect on labor productivity in UMKM Weeka. The level of education partially has no effect on labor productivity in UMKM weeka.
