Abstract

This research is backgrounded by the great challenge of being an Islamic Religious Education teacher in Grujugan village is not easy to pass. Islamic Religious Education teachers in Grujugan village have an important role in the social life of the people of Grujugan village. For the people of Grujugan village, teachers are a guideline in their daily lives. In this situation, of course, teachers of Islamic Religious Education in Grujugan village are required to be able to actualize their social competence in improving the socio-religious of the Grujugan village community. Social competence is one of the competencies that has a very close relationship with the community. The purpose of the study is that researchers want to know the way that Islamic Religious Education teachers do in actualizing their social competencies in improving the socio-religious of society, and their impact on socio-religious society after actualizing these social competencies, as well as the obstacles experienced by Islamic Religious Education teachers in actualizing their social competencies. This research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used by Miles and Huberman's model are collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. As for the technique of validating the data through triangulation sember. The result of this study is, The actualization of social competencies possessed by Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Grujugan village is carried out in a religious way. Some of the ways that are done are: First, establish good communication with the community by involving themselves in every activity in the community. The second provides an activity that can improve the relationship between the community and the school in Grujugan village. The third plays an active role in the community, both involving oneself and family, because the involvement of Islamic Religious Education teachers in every activity in the community is considered very important. The fourth became an agent of change, which initially the people of Grujugan village of Grujugan village socialized only based on knowledge of humanitarian norms, but with the establishment of educational institutions, the social relations of the people of Grujugan village were also based on religious norms.Meanwhile, the impact of the actualization of social competence is on the socio-religious community of Grujugan village, namely: First, the impact on the dimension of maliyah worship is very good, because the people of Grjugan village currently like to do alms and inflict some of their property for the more needy. Secondly, the impact on knowledge, in this impact has a positive value, because the community already knows about the importance of a good social life and of course will also affect its socio-religious life. Thirdly, it reflects the behavior of solidarity between fellow Grujugan village communities very well, because the community realizes that one of the factors of harmony of the Grujugan village community is because there is a sense of responsibility of Islamic Religious Education teachers to the social life of the Grujugan village community. And the obstacles to the actualization of social competence in improving the socio-religious of the Grujugan village community are two factors: First, the internal factor that comes from the community itself, namely, the community still carries out the tradition of marriage and arranged marriages in children, this can interfere with children's education and there will also be a rift in the relationship of social interaction between parents and children or between families and communities if the arranged marriages and marriages are canceled. The two external factors are the economic condition of the people of Grujugan village. Many people in Grujugan village choose to wander because of the unstable economic conditions of their families, this is also one of the obstacles experienced by Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving the socio-religious community.
