Abstract

This research was motivated by the problems that occurred at MIN 1 Bintan, namely difficulties in managing finances during Covid-19 due to the government cutting funds and the addition of procurement of facilities and infrastructure related to the procurement of health support equipment. The formulation of the problems in this study are: 1) does financing management affect the quality of post-covid-19 facilities and infrastructure services at MIN 1 Bintan? 2) what is the effect of financing management on improving the quality of post-covid-19 facilities and infrastructure services at MIN 1 Bintan? This research uses a type of quantitative research using the methodafter the fact. The sample used in this study uses the techniquesampling purposive. The research samples were students of grades V and VI, educators and educational staff at MIN 1 Bintan with a total of 49 samples. In this study, the financial management questionnaire instrument was used and the quality service questionnaire for facilities and infrastructure and documentation was used. The data analysis technique used in this research is data description, prerequisite analysis test, hypothesis test. From the results of the analysis of this study, it is concluded that financing management has a positive and significant influence on improving the quality of post-covid-19 facilities and infrastructure services at MIN 1 Bintan. This is evidenced by the Tcount value of 6.926 which is greater than the ttable value of 1.67655. In this study, the regression value was 0.711. From these results it can be seen that the effect of financing management on improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure services is in the high category. With a coefficient of determination of 50.5%. It can be concluded that there is an influence between the financing management variable on the quality of facilities and infrastructure services by 50.5%, while the remaining 49.5% is influenced by factors not examined by researchers.
