Abstract

Paron Village, Ngasem District is a village that has 3 religions that are adhered to by the people of Paron village. The religions adopted are Islam, Christianity, and Hinduism. Throughout history in the village of Paron there has never been a conflict in the name of religion. Paron village, Ngasem district, Kediri Regency is the only village in Kediri regency that has 3 religions adhered to by the village community, and each of these villages has its own place of worship. With such environmental conditions, the people of Paron village can carry out the values of tolerance so that they can achieve a harmonious life. This research was conducted to find out how people of different faiths communicate between religious people in maintaining harmony in paron village. So that the harmonious situation can be an example for rural communities who have religious diversity. The research method used is qualitatively descriptive. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected by direct observation in Paron village. Then interviews with community leaders and documentation. Then the results of observations and interviews will be analyzed using data triangulation. The results showed that communication between religious people in forming a social system is through the adaptation process, in the adaptation process there are no obstacles and are harmoniously intertwined because basically each religion teaches kindness and tolerance. The achievement of tujaun is a harmonious environment. The integration process in Paron Village is the formation of FKUB, customary institutions, the formation of cadet corals, and the participation of the government. The process of maintaining patterns is fulfilling invitations, carrying out culture, and implementing social activities. The social system that has been formed makes the desan paron community can maintain its harmony, which is manifested in the form of mutual cooperation, cooperation, fulfilling invitations, and implementing the existing culture. In communicating between religious people, the obstacle faced is social prejudice. Where ideology makes the community counter to existing traditions, but this can be resolved as the role of FKUB and indigenous institutions communicate personally with the community.
