Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee intentions to leave three Islamic banking companies in the Yogyakarta region, including BSI KC Yogyakarta Kusumanegara, Bank Permata Syariah KCS Yogyakarta, BSI KC FE UII Yogyakarta, and BPD DIY Syariah. The research method used is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique using 75 respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed directly to the respondents. Using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis method with the Patrial Least Squares approach and the WarpPLS 8.0 analysis tool. The results of the study show that psychological well-being has no significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational justice has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, burnout has a significant positive effect on turnover intention.
