Abstract

In the fit literature, the main emphasis is on the appropriateness of the relationship between individual and organizational values (person-organizational fit), and on the suitability between individual abilities and needs and what is provided by the job (person-job fit), as well as the suitability between individuals against superior (person-supervisor fit) which can later become a defense against employees in a company. This study aims to determine the effect of person-organization fit, person-job fit, and person-supervisor fit on turnover intention at PT. Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a total sample taken of 40 employees by providing written questions (questionnaire). The analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) measurement in WarpPLS 8.0 software. The test results show that Person-organization fit, Person-job fit, and Person-supervisor fit have a significant negative effect on Turnover intention among Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta employees.
