Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of spiritual guidance to improve the discipline of worship for adolescents, especially high school students. This study aims to describe how the method of implementing spiritual guidance to improve the discipline of worship for SMA Ksatria Nusantara students. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a background in SMA Ksatria Nusantara. The subjects in this study were guidance and counseling teachers, counselors and 3 students at Ksatria Nusantara High School. Methods of data collection in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are that there are six methods of spiritual guidance used at Ksatria Nusantara High School, namely (1) the lecture method (2) the story method (3) the exemplary method (4) the habituation method (5) the interview method (6) the enlightenment method. The results showed that the application of this method was considered capable of increasing discipline in worship, but there were still some notes that were less effective for students, making the method less than optimal.
