Abstract

Students at Sekolah Kebangsaan Mukah Sarawak Malaysia are individuals who have just entered the teen phase and are new to the true world name. Where good behavior and morals are required in the life they walk their daily lives. But the fact is, at the moment, the student is still lacking in discipline at school, especially from the worsening moral problems. Hence, students should be aware that the construction of Morality is highly demanded in their daily lives and needs to set the goals to be obtained so that the student's moral problems can be rebuilt according to plan. One of the students' moral construction efforts is with the Individual Counseling Service. The purpose of this study was to determine the stages of implementation of individual counseling services to build student morals in Mukah national school Sarawak Malaysia. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were school supervisors and students. The result of this study is the stages of implementation of individual counseling services to build student morals at Sekolah Kebangsaan Mukah Sarawak Malaysia. There are three stages carried out, namely: the initial stage of counseling, the middle stage and the termination stage. The initial stage of counseling includes opening by forming relationships, explaining and defining problems, making interpretations. The second stage is the intermediate stage (work stage) which includes exploring the problem of the counsellor, what assistance will be provided and maintaining and maintaining the relationship with the counsellor. The final stage of counseling (action stage) is seen changes in a positive direction, application with individual counseling service techniques and counseling support activities, for example: application of instruments, datasets, case conferences and home visits are carried out.
