Abstract

Difabel Fitness House (RKD) is a special health service for people with disabilities in Kapanewon Sedayu. This house is expected to be able to empower health, especially for people with disabilities who have difficulty accessing health services. This study aims to describe the process and results development of the disabled community in increasing Sedayu health accessibility.The type of research used is a case study. Data results were obtained through observation and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study uses interactive analysis. Data collection through this interactive analysis includes three stages, namely data reduction to select the necessary data and discard unnecessary data, present data to describe the data that has been reduced, and draw conclusions to determine the truth of the research data. The results of the study are development of the disabled community in increasing Sedayu health accessibility in five stages including enabling, strengthening, protecting, supporting and maintaining. Then the results of development of the disabled community in increasing Sedayu health accessibility are five, namely welfare, access, critical awareness, participation, and control.
