Abstract
This research is motivated by the propaganda utilization on movies or film which is growing day by day from overt through documenter to covert through fiction. Film or movies were eventually used by propagandist to launch propaganda using certain techniques to influence attitudes and behavior towards a certain person or group. Therefore, this research aims to determine how much the percentage of anti-Islam Propaganda elements applied in The Kashmir Files film. The research method that the researcher uses is descriptive content analysis, the sample of The Kashmir Files film which is contained has been determined by the researcher from any scenes and dialogues that contain anti-Islam propaganda. With the analysis unit seeing the application of anti-Islam propaganda on The Kashmir Files scenes from the element of Name Calling, Transfer, Card Stacking, Appeal to Fear, Demonizing the Enemy, Repetition, and Scapegoating. The results showed that scenes in The Kashmir Files. The results of the data analysis Card Stacking and Transfer are the most frequently used and rarely used techniques which is 17,8% and 7,3%. Other techniques found as a result of the data analysis which are Name Calling (15,7%), Appeal to Fear (14,7%), Demonizing the Enemy (13,6%), Repetition (16,8%). and Scapegoating (13,6%). Any of the techniques used by the protagonist or propagandist are determined as propaganda that featured anti-Islam propaganda through Islamophobia
