Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine 1) The development of loose part-based textbook media on creativity in children aged 5-6 years at RA Bustanul' Ulum. 2) the feasibility of loose part based textbook media 3) the practicality of loose part based textbook media 4) the effectiveness of loose part based learning book media on creativity in 20 children aged 5-6 years at RA Bustanul'Ulum. This research uses a Research and Development (RND) research model using the ADDIE (Analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) model. The subjects in this research were educators at RA Bustanul' Ulum. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Test product validity using feasibility, practicality and effectiveness tests. Effectiveness test using the N-Gain test and one group pretest posttest design experiment using paired sample t-test and effectiveness response by educator RA Bustanul'Ulum The results of the research show that a product has been produced in the form of loose part-based textbook media to increase the creativity of children aged 5-6 years. Through the media validation test, it obtained a score of 89% with a very valid category. The principal's practicality test scored 93% in the very practical category, the homeroom teacher's practicality test scored 96% in the very practical category. The material validation trial obtained a score of 100% with a very valid category. Based on the N-Gain test calculation of 0.73, this means that loose part-based learning book media is effective in stimulating creativity in early childhood. Next, the paired sample t-test was obtained with a sig (2 tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 with α = 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average value between the pretest and posttest scores for children's creativity. The results of teacher responses regarding effectiveness obtained a score of 91% from the homeroom teacher B1, a score of 94% from the homeroom teacher B2, 87% from the homeroom teacher B3 and 92% obtained from the school principal. The results of this data analysis indicate that the results of developing loose part-based textbook media in increasing the creativity of children aged 5-6 years have proven to increase significantly and bring out naturalist intelligence.
