Abstract

Victims of sexual abuse often experience sleep disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Sentra Paramita Mataram is a forum for the rehabilitation of victims of sexual abuse in the center of Mataram City. This study aims to determine how Sentra Paramita Mataram's strategy in restoring mental health in victims of sexual abuse and the variables that can affect the mental health of children who experience sexual abuse. Qualitative, descriptive and analytical research methodology was used in this study three data collection methods were used: documentation, interview, and observation. This research utilizes Reivich and Shatte's theory of Resiliency. The results of this study indicate that 1. The service strategies carried out by Sentra Paramita Mataram for victims of sexual harassment are: a). Providing a sense of security and comfort to the victim, b). Trauma Healing to Victims, c). Cooperation with the Authorities,d). Monitoring Progress After Assistance at the Paramita Center. Furthermore, there are two factors that influence mental health resilience in victims of sexual harassment, namely internal factors: a). Optimism, b). Self-efficacy, c). Empathy, d). Cusal Analysis, e). Reaching Out. Furthermore, external factors: a). Family Support, b). Social Worker Support at Sentra Paramita, c). Sibling Support, d). Support from the Authorities.
