Abstract

This research was motivated by the absence of instrumens for measuring student social attitude learning outcomes and specific guidelines in measuring student social attitude learning outcomes. The lack of teacher understanding in making instrumens for measuring the learning outcomes of students' social attitudes is also a problem in this study. The main purpose of this study is to develop an instrumen for measuring the learning outcomes of students' social attitudes in PPKn subjects and test the validity and reliability of the instrumen. This research was conducted using the type of research and development (R&D) with reference to the ADDIE model which has 5 stages of development, namely analyze, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subjects in this study were educators and grade IV students totaling 52 students. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Qualitative data were analyzed with Miles, Hubermen, & Saldana techniques, while quantitative data were analyzed with Guttman scale, prerequisite tests, content validity, construct validity, and reliability. Proof of content validity is done by Aikens index analysis, and construct validity is done by Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The estimation of the reliability of the instrumen is carried out using Cronbach Alpha. The results of the research developed a student learning outcome measurement instrument consisting of observation worksheets and attitude scale questionnaires that can be used in an integrated manner. The construction result of the instrument obtained a total of 95%, with a very decent category. While the feasibility of the attitude scale instrument seen from the reading test obtained a score of 81% with a very decent category index. From the validity test, a score of 0.88 was obtained with a high or valid category. In proving construct validity with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) carried out using models that have been found from the results of EFA analysis using 3 models. And the acceptable model is model 3, where the entire goodness of fit parameter is above a predetermined threshold. While the reliability of the instrument is indicated by a Cronbach Alpha value of 0,722 which indicates that the instrument has high reliability. And on the implications of this study that the instrument for measuring learning outcomes of student attitude scales in PPKn subjects is feasible to be used in the learning process.
