Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the factors influencing the adoption of e-commerce features in BSI's m-banking in the Special Region of Yogyakarta using the Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM 3) approach. The population in this study consisted of Islamic bank customers in Yogyakarta who have used the e-commerce feature. The study was distributed through an online questionnaire via Google Forms and obtained a sample of 165 respondents who met the criteria. The collected data was then processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Based on the test results, six variables were found to have a positive influence. This study can contribute by providing information on the adoption interest of users of Bank Syariah Indonesia's e-commerce feature, which can help identify more specific market segments. Furthermore, this study has implications for Islamic banking, as it can encourage Islamic banks to adopt more innovative and inclusive payment systems.
