Abstract

This research was motivated by the researcher’s interest in efforts to overcome addiction to Pornography, Masturbation, and Orgasm. It examines how the habituation of righteous deeds can be applied as a strategy to address Porn, Masturbate and Orgasm addiction among individuals struggling with it. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data analyzed descriptively. The findings show that Porn, Masturbate and Orgasm fighters and survivors strengthen their self-control by regulating behavior, managing stimuli, anticipating environments or potential triggers, and making deliberate decisions. The habituation of righteous deeds serves as the ultimate goal to transform the negative habit of Porn, Masturbate and Orgasm addiction into the positive habit of practicing virtuous acts.
