Abstract

The information in daily life has become a staple. Information requirements to be a problem when the needs can not be formulated properly so it does not represent the needs of it's own. Servant Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia is an organization with a complex managerial data. Complex managerial data and need for quick information causing Servant Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia requires a management information system which is used to process data managerial quickly and accurately. This study aims to develop a management information system for Servant Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia Case Study in Servant Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia Garuda Ngrampal. Research method used is problem identification, problem analysis, requirements analysis, design, application implementation, and testing. Modeling system used is the Unified Modeling Language ( UML ) . Using Delphi with the PostgreSQL database. This study resulting in a management information system for Servant Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia which includes a processing unit savings and loans, membership data processing, and report. The results of testing the system with 8 of the respondents, with 3 officials, 2 supervisors, and 3 members of the Servant Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia Garuda shows that the system is running well, has a comfortable interface, and easy to use.
