Abstract
This writing treats of an offer of the need for pluralist understading especialty in soIving the problems of relationship among religions, Interactive problems of religions with their legal inplications will never be solvable on occount of rigidity of diffferent legal principles and of the legal products of the thinkers of the first centuries, which were dominated by the political will. Now is different from before. This means that the situation has changed and this change needs facing differently. The author lets readers read the discourse on the need of understanding of the Islamic legal sensitive towards the plurality of people's life because Islam is for all people's mercy. Plurality of understanding is a must as God Himself does not oblige everyone of His people excpet in accordance with his might.
