Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect on the performance of librarians library facilities in the library SMA Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. Methods This study used survey method. In this study the samples taken are students, teachers, and employees of SMA Negeri 2 Yogyakarta with the number of samples in this study to be rounded by 89 respondents. Regression analysis used in this study to determine the effect on the performance of librarians library facilities in the library SMA Yogyakarta. The analysis showed that the variable library facility has significant influence on the performance of librarians in SMA Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. It can be interpreted, if the library facilities increases, the performance of the librarians at SMAN 2 Yogyakarta will increase. Keywords: Facilities Library, Librarian Performance
