Abstract

One of the purposes of school administration is data management for students, teachers, and staffs. Commonly schools’ data management still use manual systems. It also happens at MTs Arrosyidin Secang Magelang. School clerical staffs still use manual processing system in school’s data management. Using technology growth, they need to find an alternative in information system that can be used as data management. Because of it, they need an aplication as school clerical information system in order to make an easier administration process. . System development methods used in this study is agile (Agile Software Development). Stages in agile does not have a coherent ranging from analysis, design, implementation, and testing and evaluation. But more focused on the needs of its stakeholders. With this agile method of a system can be built in a short time and were able to control the changes in the needs of the sudden development of a system. Application of archives information system was created with web- based programming language PHP and MySQL as the database management system. Features provided in the form of archives information systems news features, data features, features letters, licensing features, features archive files, data search. With this system is expected to provide a solution for school administrators to be able to present clear information about the archival data. So as to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in the provision of information quickly and accurately.
