Abstract

Computerized system that was in service Dindukcapil focused more on the process of making birth certificate diploma that is , death certificate, note marriage, note break-up . And for such services for registration , of a fine if it was too late notes the certificate, of registration certificate marriage and divorce, and taking the certificate is still will be done manually use book use the control that of course, vulnerable damaged or who are still missing . In addition, management applications are not good results in the sheaf applicants to make the decision making the certificate to higher for a long time. From a background this problem, a researcher formulate problem that is how to analyze and design as well as generate a software management information system logging registration Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Yogyakarta use methods Unified Software Development Process (USDP ). In addition to analyze and designing the purpose of this research results in a management information system recording the registration of population and civil registration service to make it easier for registration and reporting control registration in Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Yogyakarta by applying at every stage software engineering with the method Unified Software Development Process (USDP ).
