Abstract

An Information technology has many advantages to support service, job, and performance of librarian. One of example is a revolution to conventional become digital. It wiil be development an administration of library because everything to be easy within an application of digital.Therefore, library’s digital system will appear in operational of library look like Yogyakarta’s library system. In this research, The technology inforamation system of Yogyakarta City Library is the object of the research that use one aspect of McCall’s Quality Teory “ Product Operation”. Usibilty factor is a factor to find the quality of usability in a software with two metrics those are operability and training. Based on this research,the percentage of Library Information System based on the theory of Quality Factors McCalls are percentage of Operability is found 74, 17778%, and have the standard deviation of 15,88556%. Whereas for the percentage of Training is 3,43 sec and have the standard deviation of 1,291014 sec. This research shows that Library Information System have a good quality score usability.
