Abstract
The purpose of this research is to asses the quality of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Human Resource Information System. This software is used to qualify employee’s performance in a accurate, effective, and efficient way with the advance of information technology. The research employed McCall quality attributes. The assesment was focussed on correctness and usability factors. Based on this research, we found that the value of completeness is 100%. Mean while, the usability value of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Human Resource Information System for operablity is 73,66 % ± 16,74 % and training is 45,98 ± 15,23556 seconds.
