Abstract

The implementation phase is main phase in software development. In this phase, programmers as lead actor of software development are the triggers whether software is completed on time or postpone according to the development schedule. Center for Information Technology and Data Base (PTIPD) as an official vendor of software developers in UIN Sunan Kalijaga, developed a growing number of software to facilitate administrative processes in the college academic community. This is an analysis to determine the factors that most influence the developers. The object of this research are 9 (nine) people. They are software programmer in PTIPD. The research using Mixed Methods Research that combines two methods of research, qualitative and quantitative. Two factors that have been found by previous research are factors materialistic and non-materialistic factors. Materialistic factor consists of Reward and Punishment; Career Development and Contra-Accomplishment, Incentive and Bonus. Non-Materialistic factor consists of Usefulness; Relationships and Spirituality. Preliminary data taken from interviews, observation and documentation study to discover the opinions and views of the object of study of 2 (two) factors, which included 3 sub factors. From previous data Validity Test and Reliability Test using SPSS software, qualitative data is provided. Results of this study that the factors that most influence performance of programmer in the software development process is Usefulness with the highest value at 3 (three) informant: Oscar, Bravo, Mike and Relations with the highest value at 3 (three) informant: Delta, Sierra, Zulu
