Abstract

Selection of candidates for training facilitators of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) at UIN SunanKalijaga Yogyakarta objectively is very important to maintain the quality of teachers and also able to deliver maximum results to the increased ability of learners. By determining the ideal value of each criterion is given, expected to make a reference to obtain a facilitator candidates close to or even meet the ideal criteria. Value academic, non-academic, and micro teaching nearly ideal are aspects that should be owned by every prospective facilitator to qualify as a facilitator. It therefore requires an objective selection system. This study uses Profile Matching method. By matching the profile of the prospective facilitator and facilitator ideal profile is expected to comply teaching standards that have been determined by the PTIPD. In determining the selection of candidates for the facilitator, there are 3 basic criteria used, the ability of academic, non-academic ability and the ability of micro teaching. Based on the research results that the system is successfully implementing Profile Matching method in the process of calculating the final value of a data facilitator candidates. Based on the test results of Decision Support System which has been constructed by comparing the selection of candidates filing facilitators is already running that show up to 80% accuracy and validity testing using alpha and beta tests that the system is fit for use.
