Abstract

The purpose research to determine the library programs and library working programs achievement levels of MAN Yogyakarta III library on 2014/2015. This research metodology is qualitative descriptive. Methods of data collection using observation, documentation, and interviews.Research data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis by using a percentage. The results of the study for the evaluation of the library program MAN Yogyakarta III, The achievements of the work program library of predefined library of MAN Yogyakarta III 2014/2015 program that completely hit the target as many as 16 programs (47%), a program which in general has reached the target by 5 program ( 15%), most of the programs that have reached the target in 2 (6%), which is almost half the program has reached the target in 2 (6%), programs that do not reach the target of 4 (12%). A total of 5 program can not be calculated level of achievement because there is no authentic data recapitulation by the set target. The Library of MAN Yogyakarta should improve administrative management of the library, fix targets with SMART (Spesific, Measurabel, Attainable, Relevant, dan Time-bound) so what is to be achieved can actually cultivated, as well as the need to increase the commitment of library personnel to achieve the set targets and conducted monitoring program results on a regular basis a minimum of once a month.
