Abstract

This research aimed to fine out Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) quality pursuant to customer in PSB of First Campus Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta. The methode of this research is quantitative descriptive. The subjects in this research is library customer in PSB of Frist Campus Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta and the object is OPAC quality pursuant to customer in PSB of First Campus Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta. Data collection methods used were questionnaire, observation, interview and documentation. The population in this research is 27809 library customer in PSB of Frist Campus UAD University Yogyakarta, and sample is 100 respondents. Sampling used accidental sampling method. Data analysis used mean and grand mean. The result of this research shows that there is: (1) the varible system quality is high within range value 2,88. (2) the varible information quality is high within range value 2,89. (3) the varible information use is high within range value 2,93. (4) the varible satisvaction of user is high within range value 2,91. (5) the varible individual impact is high within range value 2,94. (6) the varible organizational impact is high within range value 3,025. The result from score of valuing criteria based on all of range is 2,92 then it could be categorized that OPAC quality pursuant to customer in PSB of Frist Campus Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta is high. Researcher suggest to PSB of Frist Campus Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta is should to increase OPAC quality as tool of information retrieval, specially information quality in OPAC with completed information description of book that still empty, so that library customer able to looking for reference are needed used OPAC easyly and optimally.
