Abstract

Maintaining and managing the environment is the duty of all parties. However, there is a tendency for some people to pay less attention to the conditions of the surrounding environment.This issue needs serious attention, one effort that can be approached is character education that cares about the environment through an ethnoscience approach and insight into Islamic values. Ethnoscience-based learning integrated with Islamic values can be applied with the help of electronic student worksheets. Through this worksheet, students are expected to be able to connect culture with scientific science as well as some of the contents of the Koran. This electronic student worksheet product was developed using a 4D model through three stages: define, design, and develop. Product development and assessment process data were analyzed quantitatively and descriptively. The final product produced has the characteristics of character education based on Islamic values. The product was rated Very Good (SB) by material experts, media experts, and teachers and was responded to positively by students. Overall, this electronic worksheet product has the potential as a medium for increasing Islamic insight so that it can preserve the environment according to the Islamic teachings that have been taught.
