Abstract
This research aims to evaluating the digital library’s interface of Muhammadiyah UniversityYogyakarta. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive. The subject of the research in this study were the active students or usersas member of the library of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta University. The object of the research in this study is the evaluation of the digital library’s interface. The method of collecting data through questionnaires which applies likert scale of four alternative answer. Meanwhile the supporting data are collected from interview, observation and documentation. The population of this research are all members in the library of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta University, which the number ofstudents in the university is 20,429. Samples technique are used samples saturated with 100 students from calculated by the Taro Yamane‘s formula. The Sampling wasselected by sampling incidental technique. This research resultedas the interface evaluation is 2.92 that categoryzed is good. The highest value obtained indicator is a visual sequence and the user's focus with result 3.11, meanwhile the lowest value obtained indicator israte of errors by userswith result 2.7. Researcher suggest that Muhammadiyah University Yogyakarta’s library is to hold a digital library user education and to fix suitability of the digital library’s interfaces with media such as Smartphone.
