Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of spiritual intelligence, family environtment, and learning in college on financial literacy of students of Islamic Economics and Bussiness Faculty UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The sample of this research is 95 students of Islamic Economics and Bussiness Faculty UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Data analysis technique used in this reseacrh is multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that spiritual intelligence, family environtment, and learning in college simultaneously have significant effect with the student financial literacy level. Partially, there are spiritual intelligence and family environtment variable which has significant positive effect with student financial literacy. Beside that, learning in college variable did not have significant positive effect with student financial literacy. The coefficient of determination shows that 17,9% of the dependent variable of student financial literacy can be explained by independent variable of spiritual intelligence, family environtment and learning in college with 17,9%. While the remaining 82,1% is explained by other variables out of this research such as family income, residence, entrepreneur student, IPK, etc.
