Abstract

In the achievement of organizational goals, leadership is one of the factors that determine the success or failure of an organization to organize various activities in order to achieve organizational goals. In order for leadership to support the achievement of organizational goals, a leader must apply leadership styles that can improve efficiency and effectiveness by tending to increase employee productivity. Increasing employee productivity requires an important role of a leader with leadership style applied to employees. Good productivity can certainly provide a positive value to the progress of the organization or company. This research was conducted in BMT Syari'ah Idaman Prima which addressed on Jalan Raya Pokoh Wedomartani Ngemplak Sleman Yogyakarta and branch office addressed at Jalan Manukan no. 187 Condong Catur Depok Sleman Yogyakarta. BMT Syari'ah Idaman Prima is a BMT focused on customer services in the field of micro / small who want easy service, fast, and light requirements. BMT Syari'ah itself continues to grow from since its establishment in 2010 and finally get permission in 2015. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire that is shared directly to the respondent. Data analysis was used by using validity test, reliability test, normality test, and hypothesis test by using multiple linear regression analysis technique using SPSS 17.0. The results show that transformational leadership, situational leadership, and Islamic leadership have a positive effect on employee work productivity in BMT Syari'ah Idaman Prima. This can be seen from the results of Multiple Linear Regression Test which shows that the leadership Transformasional, leadership situational, and leadership of Islam influence on employee productivity in BMT Syari'ah Idaman Prima 39.8%. Of the three variables studied, only situational leadership variables and Islamic leadership have a significant effect on employee productivity in BMT Syari'ah Idaman Prima Yogyakarta.
