Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of ethical competence, ability, knowledge, relationship and competence of analysis on the readiness of FEBI UIN Sunan Kalijaga students facing MEA. The data used are primary data and observation. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis was done quantitatively with multiple linear analysis method using SPSS 16 software to test the research data. The results of this study indicate that the variables of ethical competence, ability, knowledge, relationship and competency analysis simultaneously have a significant influence on students' readiness to face MEA. The occurrence of the partial test results shows that only the competence relationship variables that do not affect the readiness of students facing the MEA. While the variables of ethical competence, ability, knowledge and competence of analysis have a significant positive effect on readiness of students facing MEA. ( INDONESIA ) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi etika, kemampuan, pengetahuan, hubungan dan kompetensi analisis terhadap kesiapan Mahasiswa FEBI UIN Sunan Kalijaga menghadapi MEA. Data yang diugunakan adalah data primer dan observasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode analisis linear berganda menggunakan software SPSS 16 untuk menguji data penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kompetensi etika, kemampuan, pengetahuan, hubungan dan kompetensi analisis secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa menghadapi MEA. Kemuadian dari hasil uji parsial menunjukan bahwa hanya variabel kompetensi hubungan yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa menghadapi MEA. Sedangkan variabel kompetensi etika, kemampuan, pengetahuan dan kompetensi analisis berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa menghadapi MEA.
