Abstract

This research aims to: (1) find out how the quality of audiovisual services in Grhatama Pustaka Yogyakarta; (2) find out how visitors visit interest in Grhatama Pustaka Yogyakarta; (3) find out whether there is an influence of the quality of audiovisual services on visitors' interest in Grahatama Pustaka Yogyakarta. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with the subject of research and the object of research is the quality of audiovisual services in Grhatama Pustaka Yogyakarta. The population of this study is the visitors who visited audiovisual services with a total of 2,811. From the population samples were taken based on the Yamane formula and obtained a sample of 97 people. The method of determining the sample in this study uses incidental sampling techniques. The main data collection technique is a questionnaire using a Likert scale with 4 alternative answers. While complementary data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Validity testing uses product moment correlation. Whereas for reliability testing using alpha Cronbach. Data analysis uses mean and grand mean, product moment correlation, and simple linear regression. The data was processed using the ibm spss statistical version 23. The results showed that the quality of audiovisual services in Grhatama Pustaka Yogyakarta, which was calculated using the mean and grand mean formula, was 3.28 with a very good category. While the interest of visiting visitors in Grhatama Pustaka Yogyakarta is calculated using the mean and grand mean formula of 3.20 with good categories. The level of correlation is said to be significant with a value of 0,000. There is a significant influence and probability level of 0,000 <α (0,05). The results of simple linear regression are y = 10.720 + 0.577x and r square is 0.441. This research provides recommendations to librarians and Grhatama Pustaka Yogyakarta service personnel in order to further improve the quality of audiovisual services to attract more visitors to come to Grahatama Pustaka Yogyakarta
