Abstract

The aims of this research is to know the using of Eprints Software at STMIK AKAKOM Yogyakarta Library based on End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method.This research is in descriptive quantitative type, the subject of the research is the user of STMIK AKAKOM Yogyakarta Library that used Eprints Software, the object of research is the user satisfaction to the using of Eprints Software in this Library. The population is the active member of the Library which amounted to 1813 members.The number of sample is 95 respondents based on Taro Yamane formula using purposive sampling technique. The variable of this research is the using of Eprints Software at STMIK AKAKOM Yogyakarta Library based on End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. Measuring the level of user satisfaction based on End-User Computing Satisfaction model consisting of five dimensions: content , accuracy, format , ease of use , and timeliness dimensions. Data collection techniques are Questionnaire, Observation, Interview and Documentation method. Validity and reliability test using Product Moment and Alpha Cronbach correlation formula. Data analysis using Mean and Grand Mean formulas. The results showed that the overall average value of the five sub-variables calculated using the formula Mean and Grand Mean obtained a result of 3.09 is good category.The details for each sub variable are : sub variable of Content 3.13 good category, sub variable Accuracy 3.10 good category, sub variable Form 2,97 good category, sub variable Ease of User 3.18 good category, and sub variable Timeliness 3.09 good category. Based on the interval scale formula was known that the using of Eprints Software at STMIK AKAKOM Yogyakarta Library based on the method End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) is already quite good. The recommendation to STMIK AKAKOM Yogyakarta library is to pay more attention to Eprint software display to be more interesting and also need to increase promotion about Eprint Software as software of digital library information system to the user.
