Abstract

The research titled company size influence, profitability and operation complexity on to the company delay audit registered at Jakarta Islamic Index period 2014-2016, and operation complexity on to delay audit. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of samples in this research are 90 companies. The data technique analysis included multiple regression analysis included multiple regression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient determination. The research result shows that the company size variable have a significant positive influence to the audit delay. Based on the significance coefficient value of 0,045 which is smaller than 0,05. The research result shows that profitability variables have a significantly negative effects to audit delay. Based on significancy coefficient value of 0,003 which is smaller than 0,05. The research result shows that the complexity variable operation has no effects to the audit delay. Based on the significancy coefficient value of 0,978 which is bigger than 0,05. There is an effect of the size of the company, profitability and operation complexity to the audit delay in the company registered in Jakarta Islamic Index periode 2014-2016. Corresponding to the F table (5,413 > 2,74), so that jointly the company size, profitability and operation complexity are profen affects theaudit delay.
