Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived credibility,perceived risk and perceived cost in interest using to BRI Syariah Mobile Banking. This research uses questionare as the instrument to take samples. The sample of this research is taken by data collection method which is well known as random sampling that is as many as 100 respondents. The data which has been obtained is analyzed with PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis techniques through SmartPLS3 software. The results of the research itself showed that the perception of ease of use influences the interest in using BRI Syariah Mobile Banking, it is confirmed again by the statistic value that is bigger than 1,96 and the p-value smaller than 0.05 that is 0,000. The perceived cost also make some effect to the using of BRI Syariah Mobile Banking, it is confirmed again by the statistic value that is bigger than 1,96 and p-value is smaller than 0,05, it is 0,001. While perceived credibility variable doesn’t not make some effect to the interest of using BRI Syariah Mobile Banking, because the the statistic value is smaller than 1,96 and the p-value bigger than 0.05, that is 0,342, and so perceived risk doesn’t not either. It is perceived risk, the interest of using BRI Syariah Mobile Banking shows the result that statistic value is smaller than 1.96 and P-Value is bigger than 0.05, that is 0.691.
