Abstract

This study aims to: (1) find out the availability of internet services in the library of MAN 1 East Lombok; (2) knowing the interest of visiting students in the library of MAN 1 East Lombok; (3) find out whether there is an influence on the availability of internet services to interest in visiting students to the MAN 1 East Lombok library. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with the subject of student research and the object of research is the availability of internet services in the library of MAN 1 East Lombok. The population of this study were students of class X and XI who visited the library with a total of 641 students. From the population, samples were taken based on the formula and obtained a sample of 87 students. The main data collection technique is the questionnaire using the Likert scale with 4 alternative answers. Validity testing uses product moment correlation. Whereas for reliability testing using alpha cronbach. Data analysis uses mean and grand mean, and simple linear regression. Data is processed using the ibm spss statistic version 23. The results of the study show that the availability of internet services in the library of MAN 1 East Lombok which is calculated using the mean formula and grand mean is obtained by the results of 3.33 with very good categories. While the interest of visiting students to the East Lombok MAN 1 library which was calculated using the mean formula and grand mean was 3.24 in the good category. The correlation level is said to be significant with a value of 0,000. There is a significant influence and probability level of 0,000 <α (0,05). The results of simple linear regression are y = 6.538 + 0.648x and r square of 0.704.
