Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of acceptability, afordability and accessibility on the level of customer satisfaction of MSME players in BPRS Formes. The independent variables used in this study are acceptability (X1), afordability (X2), and accessibility (X3), and the dependent variable is the level of satisfaction of MSME customers (Y). This research is included in the type of field research that has quantitative descriptive properties. Analysis tools using IBM SPSS Statistics 20. Based on the results of the test in this study indicate that afordability and accessibility variables have a significant positive effect, while acceptability variables do not significantly influence the level of satisfaction of MSME customers.
