Abstract

This research aims to know the results of the evaluation of the Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) IBRA V4 with End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method in the public library Bantul regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, with the subject of the study of the settlers, namely the members of the public Library of Bantul Regency and the research object is the satisfaction of the Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) IBRA V4 in the library General Bantul Regency. The research data collection techniques are questionnaires, observations, interviews, documentation. The population of this research is all the students enrolled in the public Library of Bantul Regency which consist of student, student, employee, and general public. From the population, the samples were taken by the formula Taro Yamane, obtained a sample of 100 musicians. Sampling techniques used are purposive sampling. The variables in this research are single-satisfaction in the use of Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) IBRA V4 with End User Computing Satisfaction model in Public library Bantul regency. Measurement of satisfaction based on End-User Computing Satisfaction model consisting of five dimensions, namely content dimensions, accuracy dimensions, format dimensions, ease of use dimension, timeliness dimension. The results showed that based on the user satisfaction of the Online Public Acces Catalogue (OPAC) IBRA V4 with End User Computing Satisfaction model at Public Library Bantul Regency get the total yield average value of 3.106, so Categorized well. Researchers suggest that librarians improve the timeliness of OPAC IBRA V4 service access and subvariables that are already in a good category, so that they can become very good in the future. ( INDONESIA ) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) IBRA V4 dengan metode End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) di Perpustakaan Umum Kabupaten Bantul. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan subyek penelitian pemustaka pemustaka, yaitu anggota Perpustakaan Umum Kabupaten Bantul dan obyek penelitian adalah kepuasan pengguna Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) IBRA V4 di Perpustakaan Umum Kabupaten Bantul. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemustaka yang terdaftar menjadi anggota Perpustaaan Umum Kabupaten Bantul yang terdiri dari pelajar, mahasiswa, pegawai, dan masyarakat umum. Dari populasi tersebut diambil sampel berdasar rumus Taro Yamane, didapat sampel sejumlah 99 pemustaka. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ini bersifat tunggal yaitu kepuasan pemustaka dalam penggunaan Online Public Acces Catalogue (OPAC) IBRA V4 dengan model End User Computing Satisfaction di Perpustakaan Umum Kabupaten Bantul. Pengukuran kepuasaan pemustaka berdasarkan model End-User Computing Satisfaction yang terdiri dari lima dimensi yaitu dimensi content, dimensi accuracy, dimensi format, dimensi ease of use, dimensi timeliness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan kepuasaan pengguna Online Public Acces Catalogue (OPAC) IBRA V4 dengan model End User Computing Satisfaction di Perpustakaan Umum Kabupaten Bantul mendapatkan hasil total nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,104, sehingga dikategorikan baik. Peneliti menyarankan agar pustakawan meningkatkan ketepatan waktu (timeliness) akses layanan OPAC IBRA V4 dan sub variabel yang posisinya sudah pada kategori baik ditingkatkan lagi agar kedepannya bisa menjadi kategori sangat baik.
