Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect between size of the board of directors, board of commissioners, independent commissioners, audit committee, and institutional ownership of ROA in Islamic Banking in Indonesia. This study used panel data pooling from 2015-2018 period, using purposive sampling technique obtain 10 Islamic bankings as the research samples. The testing process used descriptive statistics, using three model estimation tests namely Chow Test, Hausman Test and LM Test. The results of this study indicate that the variable size of the board of directors, and the audit committee significantly influence ROA. While the variable board of commissioners, independent commissioners and institutional ownership did not significantly influence ROA.
