Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of educational background, work knowledge and motivation on employee performance at Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta. The object of this research is Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta with a sample of 31 employees. The method of collecting data through a questionnaire then the data is analyzed by multiple linear regression. The analytical tool used is SPSS version 16.00. The results of this study indicate that educational background partially does not affect the performance of employees at Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta. Work knowledge and motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta.
