Abstract

This study aims to test and explain the impact of e-servicescape variables on trust and their influence on donate intention to the crowdfunding website kitabisa.com. The sample of this study are286 respondents spread from various regions in Indonesia with a purposive sampling method. The variables used in this study are based on three dimensions on the e-servicescape framework, namely : aesthetic appeal, layout and function, and financial security tested to identify the effect on trust that leads to donate intention. This research is a quantitative study using the path analysis method. All hypotheses proved positive and supported in this study. The results of this study : aesthetic appeal, layout and function, and financial security have a positive and significant impact both partially and simultaneously on trust on the website kitabisa.com. Then trust has a positive and significant impact on interest in donating to the crowdfunding website kitabisa.com
