Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of professionalism, incentive, work discipline, and leadership on employee performance of BTN Syariah in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is one aspect that needs to be considered, because if employee performance increases, it automatically impacts the development and progress of the company. The population in this study were all employees of BTN Syariah Yogyakarta totaling 75 people, but 35 people were sampled. The sample in this study were taken using simple random sampling. In this study the data collection method used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The results of the research indicated that professionalism, incentives, work discipline and leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The partial of professionalism and leadership variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with tcount 3,382 and 3,141. While the incentive and work discipline variables have no effect on employee performance with tcount -0.114 and 1,161.
