Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of users of Institutional Repository services at the Yogyakarta State University Library using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with the subject of the Yogyakarta State University Library users who use the Institutional Repository service facilities and the object of research is the level of satisfaction in Institutional Repository services at the Yogyakarta State University Library. The data gathering used in this research are questionnaire, observation, interview, and documentation. The population of this study were users who used Institutional Repository service facilities at the Yogyakarta State University Library. From the research population, samples were taken based on the Slovin formula, obtained a sample of 100 users. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The variable in this research is single, namely the level of customer satisfaction in Institutional Repository services using End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) which consists of five dimensions of content (content), dimensional accuracy (accuracy), dimensional format (shape), dimensions of ease of use (ease of use), timekeeping dimensions (timekeeping). The results showed that based on the satisfaction level of users to the Institutional Repository service at the Yogyakarta State University Library using End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), it showed that the satisfaction level of users to the Content variable got a score of 79,25%, accuracy got a score of 77%, Format got a score of 77,08%, Ease of Use got a value of 76,75% and timeliness got a value of 76,91%. The measurement of the satisfaction level of the users which consists of five dimensions gives a total presentation of 77,39%, so it is categorized as satisfied. Researchers suggest that librarians increase the Ease of Use in accessing Institutional Repository services and that sub-variables that are already in the satisfied category should be improved so that in the future they can become very satisfied categories.
