Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effects of Education Level, Open Unemployment Rate (OUR), and Inflation on economic growth in Sumatra Island. The data used are panel data from 10 provinces over the period 2013–2023. Economic growth is measured by GDP per capita. The analysis employs panel data regression using the Random Effects Model. The results indicate that Education Level has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. In contrast, the open unemployment rate (OUR) and inflation have no effect on economic growth
