Abstract

Over time, competition in the world of work is getting tougher. Each company is required to have their respective advantages - each. Both in the form of natural resources, human resources, and technology. Because of this the company needs employees with the ability to work flexibly, one of which is the ability of employees to implement organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in their work. The implementation of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) can help companies achieve their goals more effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Banda Aceh. The dependent variable in this study is transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, the independent variable is organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The population in this study were all employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Banda Aceh. Meanwhile, the sample in this study amounted to 40 employees. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling with the minimum criteria that has been working for 1 year. Respondent data in this study were collected through a questionnaire distributed to each employee. The analytical tool used in this study is the multiple linear regression test through the IBM SPSS statistic 19. This study states that the variable of job satisfaction and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Meanwhile, transformational leadership variables have no effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
